You only pay the sample fee and shipping costs. Once a bulk order is placed, the sample fee will be fully credited toward your final purchase, allowing you to evaluate product quality with confidence before committing to a large order.
No. We maintain a strategy of core-brand safety stock combined with multi-brand replacement solutions. For large orders, inventory is reserved in advance. If a specific model becomes unavailable worldwide, our sourcing team can provide a comparable alternative brand within 24 hours, ensuring your tournament, club, or training program continues without interruption.
For orders exceeding USD $3,000 or tournaments with more than 500 participants, please contact our Key Account Manager. Eligible customers may access exclusive brand-authorized discounts and receive complimentary tournament balls or referee equipment kits.

For Non-Customized Products
- If we ship the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect, we will send replacement products free of charge or provide a partial/full refund.
- No return shipment is required.
- You will not be responsible for international return shipping costs.
For Non-Defective Returns
- Returns may be negotiated within 7 days.
- International return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
For Customized Products
- Orders are manufactured according to approved artwork and are generally non-returnable.
- However, if significant production errors occur (such as incorrect logos, major printing defects, or incorrect specifications), we will fully remake the products or provide a refund without requiring the defective items to be returned.
